Arrived at 2am and reception weren’t very helpful. They gave me my room and no bed number so had to find an empty bed in the dark at 2am without waking people up which was very hard. Would have been better if they allocated me a bed number so I could get straight into bed. Beds were very hard and no curtains in my 16 bed dorm. Had a nice breakfast and overall clean and cheap price in a good location. But the bed situations stressed me out

Free breakfast is one of the best of my trip so far!! The food served is also great, the Sapa chicken I had twice!! Up a hill from the main town though so not ideal and no curtains on the beds. Also not many solo travellers here, mainly groups so not that easy to meet people
