There is no lock to the room, and sometimes the locker doesn’t work well. Staff is kind. They serve us a water bottle per day. The shower room is very small, and the toilet often gets soaked because of this.

Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and help during my stay. Unfortunately 2 nights into my stay I got really ill, and the staff helped me move to a private room, get medication from the pharmacy and check in on me whilst I got better! The included breakfast is amazing and being looked after really made the difference in my recovery! Thank you team Memory!
