Bananas Hostel

Overall terrible, the staff was rude and cold. The showers inside the room have a bad electricity contact such that everytime you try to shower you electrify yourself. The ac was not working, crazy amount of light in the room such that you can’t sleep after 6am and the toilets itself were completely broken. Location is good and very central though (Ah and they made me pay my deposit twice even though I showed them That I already paid on Hostelworld they just told me basically they dont care

This place has potential. The hostel itself is nice, it’s clean and feels safe. However, the shower electrocutes you anytime you touch it and the shower is extremely small. One night our AC didn’t work at all which made it unbearably hot, so didn’t sleep for more than a couple of hours. The social area is big and seems from an out set that it would be nice but the vibes are all off and only people who work there hangout in the space. The staff were a bit stand off ish, which felt unwelcoming.

One of the worst hostels I have ever stayed in. The only good thing was the garden area. The entire hostel is dirty and in serious need of renovations and upgrades. For instance the refrigerator hardly kept things cool, the kitchen is tiny and dirty. The dorms are unbearably hot. The mattresses are absolutely filthy with poorly fitting bed sheets. For the price this is a horrible place to stay. I will say the location is good
