They asked us to check in at 5 even though it's supposed to be at 2,we expected the room to be clean at least but everything was disgusting. The stench of urine on the shower curtain, the lack of sheets, no staff in reception, dead bugs on the wall, stains on the mattress covers, dusty carpet. The bed frames were so creaky we had to move the mattress and sleep on the floor. Oh and also had to blockade the door cause all rooms have the same code to enter. Do not stay here.

The codes to enter the room were way too simple. Shower had no water coming out of it. Tried asking for help via the phone numbers in the hostel but got no assistance. Even left a message. There was no contact till an email the night before we left. So we couldn’t shower for the whole stay. One of the duvets had sticky stuff on it. Curtain was broken and half hanging off. They need to put rat bait out. Was lots of rats out front. The beds were comfortable and the location was good.
