Upon arrival an employee told me I needed to cancel my booking, despite having confirmation from 2 days prior. We were then ‘lucky’ to be given two beds in dorms. The staff were rude and unhelpful with both the property owner and manager barely lifting a finger to accommodate us. Toilets were unclean and our beds unmaid. An employee had to ‘get our rooms ready’ aka tuck the bedsheet in. No clean sheets, mosquitoes in the room: WOULD NOT RECCOMEND
