Really enjoyed staying at Casa Amate. The place is gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable and the showers were some of the best we had on the trip around Mexico. 20 minute walk to town centre. Pool was great too after a long day of exploring. Staff were brilliant and so helpful! Really a perfect place to wind down and take it easy for a few days. Not the bussiest or wildest hostel in the world but this is what we wanted at this stage of our trip. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We loved our stay here. Had a private room which was huge and the bed was so comfy. The staff were so helpful, especially Jennifer, and gave us really good recommendations for the area. This place feels more like a hotel and you have quite a lot of privacy here which we really liked as a change of pace for a few days. It is a bit of a walk to the town centre, but that was no problem for us. Would definitely stay here again

It is a hostel with private rooms, the photos do not do justice to how beautiful it is, I am sure that if we can we will return. The private room is large, the bed is comfortable, they have a fridge to keep drinks or food cold, and has a cabinet to store large objects, only missing a place to hang clothes or ironing to be perfect, plus it has air conditioning, fan and incredible lighting.
