The office person was attentive and answered our needs. The parking was safe and right outside the door. The breakfast and layout and attendees were exceptional. Our only concerns was the bed! The bed is way past needing replaced.

We liked staying at the hotel. There is a tube station on the new Elizabeth line only a few minutes walk away and a nice park, a main road with shops, take aways and a wetherspoons, and a lovely park. The hotel has multiple parts and we were in a separate building along the street slightly to the main hotel building. This was fine but the outer door which is accessed by a key is meant to be kept shut for security but many guests kept leaving this open. The rooms were nice and breakfast was inc
