Terrible. We arrived at 1am to the staff telling us that the site should not of honored the booking due to the property was sold out. He told us that he had two no show bookings and since it was 1am he would let us stay in one but if they came he’d come knock. We booked two singles and received a king single with stained sheets. The toilet filled with water upon flushing, the shower was just a hose in the bathroom no actual shower so the entire bathroom is wet. Location was central but dodgy

This Sikh Guy owing the property is a very ill-behaved, rude, impatient, impolite, quarrelsome and argumentative guy. He is not willing to listen to anyone. I paid through credit card on his POS machine and he demanded 3% extra which was illegal, i.e. 1187 HKD + 3% = 1223 HKD. Thereafter, first transaction failed but the second was successful but his machine showed "payment not received". Money was deducted from my bank but he was not willing to listen and he forced me to give 1187 HKD in cash.

This is the worse hostel ever. There is no place to shower unless you shower sitting on the toilet The atmosphere is horrible Tiny elevators Cockroaches inside the super tiny room Just horrible
