If you proceed with your payment, you can still make changes or cancellations. 85% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

Casa Triz reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises who fails to comply with established rules of coexistence.
The following behaviors are considered misconduct:

- Engaging in acts of violence or aggression
- Causing discomfort to other guests
- Damaging hotel property
- Sexual harassment
