Overall lovely stay. That said, I would not consider this a social hostel. It was hard to meet people, maybe I was unlucky. They don’t do the nightly activities you see in the photos. They do the family dinner, it’s a potluck. I didn’t attend because I was too tired to buy/prepare food and honestly since I didn’t meet people there I wasn’t expecting others to attend, wasn’t sure there would be other food. Didn’t see many guest in attendance, mostly staff. The staff is super friendly.
