The Divers Den (DD) Backpackers Hostel

I liked Divers Den the girl Emily was so friendly and they have free rum at their other hostel which I was going to stay at but it was more expensive. My recommendation is to stay here if you dont complain much it was the cheapest in Coron so I set my expectations low and was surprised. I gave it high scores because I didnt compare it with more expensive I compared it with the cheapest places in Palawan which as an area is much more expensive area of Philippines. Save $ and dont complain after

We had a great time at Divers Den I met a lot of nice people the place was super cheap but even being so cheap myself and my mates really slept good there it is a wood building , well kept with big windows so it doesnt get hot at night . There are 2 baths and showers and also a really nice bamboo meeting area outside. I arranged 3 days of diving and a tour through the Den and they were amazing. If you want a fancy place this isnt it but its a great backpacker budget stay I will come again.

It's hard to understand why the rating of this hostel is high to be honest. The "hostel" is just a room with all the bunk beds. Kitchen is hard to use and toilet is not better. Every time you need to ask to open the water for taking a shower and still not much water comes out. Same goes for the tap in the sink. WiFi doesn't work at all or if there's a bit it's very slow. My data was working better than the wifi. I personally also didn't find it very social. The woman that works there was nice th
