Got bedbugs. Location is good but business was shady in knowing there was an infestation and letting us stay there. I should have checked Google reviews between booking my stay and arriving because there were warning about bed bugs from other people that I did not see.

Staff was really nice and helpful, but there were bad bugs in my bed and had to ask several times to change my room. They kept spraying chemicals which obviously didn't work because after 5 days I found myself full of bug bites all over my arms and neck, and had to be prescribed antibiotic. Everything was just really stressful to deal with, and also they told me they would have give me money to cover the whole laundry service which I had to use multiple times but never saw the money.

The price was very specific and the place didn't take card - this wasn't mentioned before booking - I did not have change in cents in order to pay that. I was recommended to use a nearby bank machine 'the beset one' but it was euronet so had a €4 charge. Hot water didn't work the entire time I was there. The room itself was as expected.- not complaining there, it was just horrible to have a shower.
