The staff was not there when I arrived at 29Jun ~9pm (ads. said they are open for check-in till 11 pm) and not responding to a call or message till ~11 pm. People that were staying there told me there was no water for the toilet and shower in the hostel that night. Change to other places immediately. Write a complaint to HW by email, got replied that the email is not in use anymore and asked me to write through HW apps (which cant be found anywhere in apps). So far this is the worst exp with HW

The staff are exceptionally friendly and often smiling. They are happy to help. The facilities provided for everything I could need, all the necessities. I also liked that I could cook some food in the stove and that it was in a good location close to the city centre. They even provide a decent breakfast
