Cocts Akihabara

Cocts is overall an incredible place to stay. Super great location, between 2 different stations on different subway lines, and tucked away among bigger streets. You can walk to Ueno and tons of surrounding areas like the Sumo stadium area (which has some great little local shops). I went for a run every morning when it was still dark and felt super safe. I was in the 4-person mixed dorm and it was perfectly fine! There are privacy shades for each bed, and the bathrooms have private shower room.

The best hostel experience so far, clean and tidy, and the toilets were equipped with essentials. Super close to Akihabara, which was perfect. The atmosphere didn’t pass the hostel vibe check though, but that was the least of our worries. Totally recommend 😊

Great place and friendly staff. Stayed in a private room and it was nice. great facilities all around.
