Our room was directly below the staff house. Every night we had to ask the staff upstairs (sometimes several times) to stop banging around as we were woken up when our whole room would shake. We barely slept during our stay. Staff would also sit right outside our room playing videos and the walls are paper thin. Bathroom isn’t great and the facilities hardly work. Communal area taken up by staff so nowhere to chill and no atmosphere at all. Staff did resolve our issue about the tap not working.

Siargao is home of some of the kindest people I’ve interacted with. Ozen on the contrary is staffed by the most repulsive people I’ve met. From the blatant disregard from those at the reception to the rudeness and emotional deregulation of the freediving instructor, it seems like everyone around here hate their lives and are only doing it for the money. Both the accommodation and the freediving lessons were a waste of money. There are much better places to stay and learn how to freedive in Siargao than this

Great place to stay in Siargao! The vibe is super chill, I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. The staff is super friendly and helpful and you should definitely go freediving with Jen she's an amazing Instructor, I learned so much from her. The location is great, there are lots of restaurants and cafes around.
