Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before arrival. For late cancellations or no-shows, the first night's stay will be charged.
Check-in: 12:00 to 23:00.
Check-out: Before 12:00.
Guests must send their passport and ETA information via WhatsApp or email before arrival.
Payment: Due upon arrival by cash or card.
Included Fees: Taxes are included.
Breakfast: Not included.
General Policies:
Reception is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight (15 hours).
Late check-ins require prior notice and approval.
No curfew.
