The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed conversations with Key, his daughter, who also worked at the hostel. I was there while they hosted a family dinner. The traditional Balinese food was so good and we all enjoyed karaoke and watching movies together. The location is not the greatest but most of Uluwatu is very spread out anyway. They cleaned the en-suite bathrooms daily and the whole property was very well kept.

There are better places to stay for the same amount of money and some of the photos are a little bit deceiving. Those photos were definitely taken when the place first opened. Some of this staff were really really nice and all of the other travellers were awesome.

This is a very sleepy hostel. It is in a residential neighborhood and is quite far from everything. The folks that run the hostel are very kind, and were quite social. I was tired and opted for some alone time, but it was awesome hearing the owners and some guests have some beers and do karaoke after dusk. The place was clean and the rooftop was wonderful. It wasn’t anything special, but if you are looking for a place on a pinch, this will work.
