Great location, friendly staff and pretty affordable hostel. I booked a private room for a few nights. Room was okay but mattress and specially pillows were pretty old. Kitchen could use some upgrades like better lighting, cleaner storage spaces and newer kitchenware in my opinion. Good deal for a short stay.

I purposefully booked a couple nights on the website after moving into this place from another hostel since I wanted to leave a review. I extended again, and again, and again. Beautiful garden with coffee tree. Nice terrace. No breakfast, but sometimes they have really good banana bread for 15 mxn. Clean and comfortable. Peaceful hippie vibes, not party. Managers are accommodating and nice. Cheap laundry right nextdoor. Beautiful art. One tip: Use own handsoap (shared soap bars not as sanitary).

Cheap and worth it. A much chiller vibe. Internet is not reliable, so not the best for remote workers. There’s no stairs to get to the top bunk that is quite high so you have to find creative ways to get up and down. Beds are very hard in the dorms, but people in privates told me their beds were softer. Volunteers are very generous and quick to help out with anything. The hostel is close to everything, and some good food options around. Good for folks not looking to party, and spend some time alone. Peopl
