It was a good stay, the location was perfect. Felt safe, and roomwise it was what we needed. However there wasn’t many people staying in the hotel, so no atmosphere and staff were overly attentive. Has a problem with a damp smell, and this was seen with rooms being made up too early and unused rooms being left open to air them out.

Such a lovely place with such helpful staff. The bed was huge and there was plenty of space in the room. Helen and the other staff are so kind and can help with booking tours/motorbikes and tips for Hoi An. Our flight was delayed so we arrived past midnight and they still checked us in and were helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Helen and the staff had great customer service. They helped us set up tours and taxis. We are very likely to return to this hotel again!
