Staff were lovely but sometimes struggled to get hold of them if they were not at the desk. The building & rooms are pretty scruffy. Seem to have a problem with ants/insects, they were all over my room one of the days. I tried to go to the reception to complain but no one was there. Great location though

Really good value for money, not really a space to hang out and meet people so don’t expect to be hanging out here. But still really enjoyed my stay, was nice and quiet and slept well. The staff at the front desk were very nice to :)
