Best hostel we stayed at in Siargao! The staff is incredibly friendly and involved with the guests. They organize fun activities every day. Even when it rains, there is a large chill area where you can play pool, table tennis, darts or just relax. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. It is quiet during nighttime and there is security guard present. It is away from the busy area but it is easily reachable, and there is an amazing cafe right across the street.

After speaking to so many of my dorm mates, I think we all agreed that Sunlit is probably the best hostel in Siargao. The staff are really fantastic especially Reg! They have a great area to relax and unwind upstairs along with a bar and games. They also host daily events which were really fun to be a part of (thank you beer pong tourney!) There is also a fantastic breakfast spot right across from the hostel which is highly popular with visitors around the island. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in this hostel and would definitely stay here again! The staff were so friendly, helpful and knew everyone by name. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good aircon and locker space and privacy with the curtains. Showers and toilets were very clean and you never had to wait. The social side was a perfect mix of wholesome activities such as family dinner and games vs going out/drinking. I’d recommend Sunlit to anyone going to Siargao, we had the best time here.
