Normally stay in hostels but thoroughly enjoyed my stay at OK2 and ended up staying for 4 nights. The bungalows and private balconies have a spectacular view of Shark Bay and the sun rising. The staff are lovely and very helpful - special thanks to Saw for literally carrying my bag through flood waters when Koh Tao was flooding. Agree with other reviews that the facilities are basic but adequate overall and fine for a traveller on a budget but looking for some extra peace and quiet.

Great view, nothing more. On our first night we discovered the resident cockroach and struggled to get any sleep due to the VERY loud waves. We requested to move to another bungalow which did not improve the quality of the stay. This only introduced us to an army of ants and the smell of drains in our bathroom. To top all this off, when I got my washing done some of my clothes were lost in the process.
