The village was further in the forest then expected but its right in the middle of a local village, very cute if you’re looking for a new experience. The road to it was very dramatic and slippery, but its rainy season now. Our room was occasionally visited by animals but overall pretty clean. Don’t go here if you’re a barbie doll, but def go here if you’re an adventurous person looking for contact with local Indonesians.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s the nicest room with had in a while - AC, big comfy bed, en-suite bathroom, patio area... The breakfast was fantastic: huge and delicious. The owners of this place are very welcoming, warm, and kind. The location of this homestay is really cool as well. It’s out of town, in a quiet area but only about a 5 minute scooter ride (which they rent). It’s literally in the top corner of a friendly village - lots of cute monkeys too! Would recommend to a anyone!
