Sebas Guest House has a beach access less than 100 meters (1 minute walk) from the entrance of the establishment, has a swimming pool, terraces with hammocks and a garden with palm trees around the lobby or reception, offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking .


A place for travelers who like to enjoy tranquility and rest. We have double and group or family rooms, with WiFi, Smart TV, directv signal, hot water, friobar, fan and terrace with hammock. We offer breakfast and daily cleaning.

This bed and breakfast serves a daily continental breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The location is perfect to access the best beaches on the north coast of Peru. We offer tranquility for a good rest, maintaining a no-noise schedule from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the next day.

Sebas Guest House Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
