Vivian's Guest House Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy - Refundable:
You can cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. After the free cancellation period (14 days before check-in), a secure payment link will be sent via email for the total amount. This link will be valid for 12 hours. If the payment is not made within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically canceled. In case of no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Cancellation Policy - Non-Refundable:
For non-refundable reservations made more than 48/24 hours in advance, a secure payment link will be sent via email and will be valid for 12 hours. For reservations made less than 48/24 hours in advance, the payment link will be valid for 1 hour. If the payment is not completed within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Check-in: From 14.00. Access is granted through codes and a lockbox system, allowing entry from this time onward. Guests must check their email and complete the online check-in process to receive access instructions. Reception is available by phone from 14.00 to 18.00.
Check-out: Before 11.00.

Payment: Payment must be made before arrival via credit or debit card using a secure payment link, as per the cancellation policy.
Taxes: Included.
Breakfast: Not available.

General:

Reception: Assistance is available by phone from Monday to Saturday, from 09.00 to 11.00 and 14.00 to 18.00. No reception service is available on Sundays.
Guests must complete the online check-in process the day before their arrival to receive entry instructions for the hostel.
In shared rooms and rooms with shared bathrooms, guests under 18 years of age are not permitted.
