Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM.
Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability and may incur additional fees.
Payment Policy:

Full payment is required upon check-in.
We accept transfer payment for Thai bank and cash payments.
The prices listed include all applicable taxes.
A key deposit of 500 Thai Baht cash is required at check-in and will be refunded during check-out.
Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.
Age Policy:

Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Smoking Policy:

Les Fleurs is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in any rooms or common areas.
Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of 1000 THB.
Quiet Hours:

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pet Policy:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Cleaning and Housekeeping:

Housekeeping services are provided daily. Bed linens and towels are replaced regularly for your comfort.
Security and Valuables:

We provide lockers in dormitories for guest use, but Les Fleurs Hostel is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
