I had to Stay one night in Hanoi and chose to stay at Chiro because it was close to the airport for my morning flight he next day. I booked a taxi at the reception for 5.45 and realised I didnt have time for the 6am breakfast... when I came down to the Reception next day there were two guys making breakfast for me BEFORE 6am just so I could eat before I went, that was SO sweet. They cut fruit, made eggs and coffee and toast and jam.. made my day:) and also the rooms were big and clean.

didn't actually spend the night here as I checked out 5 mins after checking in. The room was so filthy there was even chewed gum on the bed. I was asked why we are checking out early and I explained the room was dirty, the person on reception just laughed as if she knew and proceeded to charge us anyway. The shower floor had nail clippings and there were bugs and cobwebs. The wall beside the bed was mouldy and it smelt damp. We then checked into Family Transit hotel 3 mins walk away.
