This Zostel could be absolutely stunning if it weren’t for the clear mismanagement of the place. The surrounding area is beautiful but is starting to become ruined by the amount of rubbish strewn around the property. There was a clear lack of cleaning on behalf of the staff with the bed sheets not being properly replaced as I witness them remake a bed after a guest had left. The so called ‘communal’ area is a shambles with limited seating and not a single table in the property. 2/10 do not stay.

That card only ideea is maybe not the best. The receptionist could improve his communication skills. They didn t let a guy put his tent anywhere on the property. It seems more like a corporation rather than a cosy nice place and that s not what i'm looking for when i go to a hostel. It's my second stay with Zostel but not any more.
