FREE SHUTTLES. We offer a free shuttle service from Casa de Olas to San Juan del Sur town center and back to the hostel every day. Please confirm your shuttle via email or WhatsApp. Since each trip has limited capacity, it’s important to notify us in advance of your arrival to secure your spot. The shuttle's pickup location is Social Pool & Patio.

We don’t offer restaurant service, but we do provide a delicious breakfast each morning, which is included in your stay. For other meals, you can explore the food options in San Juan del Sur, just 3 km away, or you can use our fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals, which is a great option for those who want to save during their travels. You can buy groceries such as oil, spices, vegetables, meats, and other essentials, and easily coordinate with the shuttles to pick up what you need at the supermarket. Alternatively, you can also enjoy delivery services or visit one of the local restaurants in town.

We don’t have a storage room for luggage. We recommend avoiding arriving before check-in time to prevent any inconvenience, as you’ll need to wait until the rooms and beds are ready starting at 3 PM. Once they’re ready, you’ll be able to leave your luggage in your room.

Casa De Olas Nicaragua Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 1 day before arrival or earlier are fully refundable. In case of a late cancellation (within 1 day of arrival) or No Show, the first night of your stay will be charged. Additionally, if any changes to the reservation are made 1 day prior to arrival, the first night’s charge will also apply.
