Owned by a young couple, Travelart Backpackers Hostel provides a cozy retreat for travelers, conveniently located near the ferry, bus station, restaurants, ocean side, clubs, pharmacies, laundry mats and supermarkets.

Our comfortable beds and lively atmosphere ensure the ultimate experience for those seeking adventure and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a shared kitchen and bathroom, cable TV, and internet access. We also offer paid airport shuttle services for seamless travel from arrival to departure.

Overall a reasonable option for the price, but some important things to note- 1- The neighbors chain their dogs right outside during the day when it is hot without water and you can tell how uncomfortable they are. I asked the hostel workers about this and they shrugged. I gave them some water (they were desperate for it!) and asked the hostel owner if he could as well, and he did say he would. I would really like the owners to ask the neighbors to make sure the dogs are AT LEAST given water or report the s

Decent hostel in Belize city. Owner is really nice. Place is clean and decent dorms but overpriced. Belize is generally overpriced for accomodation however. If you must stay 1 night in Belize city, this is probably the best place to go.

The sheets were very soft and comfortable. Homey atmosphere. The windows don’t close completely so the AC isn’t effective, you hear the traffic outside all night and it’s *very* noisy. The kitchen has the basic tools- but that’s it. There’s no sugar or other spices to share like most other places have. There wasn’t a spot to leave left over food for other guests either like bread or noodles. Check-in finishes at 6pm which is crazy to me, but someone thankful came to check me in at 615pm.
