Excellent stay with really friendly hosts. Welcomed with smiles and orange juice. Best room we have stayed in whilst in Sri Lanka so far. Chilled.

Nice big room , all 3 of us in separate beds (family room). We did not have mosquito nets but we had a plug in vaporiser to keep the mosquitos away so wasn’t too much of an issue. Was about a 10 minute walk to the beach down a nice street with lots of restaurants and shops. However it is straight next to the road so not good for light sleepers - but we were fine. Had a lovely time here, would recommend if you want to explore Unawatuna and surrounding areas.

Great location.. beach, shops, restaurants nearby! A/C worked great with ceiling fan also. WiFi worked well for the most part. Staff is very nice and helpful.
