the friendlies and most professional staff in any hostel I stayed in Australia. very clean, social and they have a great location.They also have a travel agency which offers discounts to guests for any tours in Australia! great way to save money if travelling up the east coast :)

Overall good value for money but would not stay again. Friendly staff, very smelly rooms and lots of flies in the bathroom. Small kitchen and bathroom for the amount of people staying. Free events are a positive but the BBQ was over an hour late. Generally clean.

Lovely staff, and quite possibly the cleanest hostel I've ever been to. The kitchen is quite small for such a large hostel, so crammed with food and people during the evening. They don't even provide the basics such as cooking oil. It is not a quite place (except for the nice rooftop in the early hours of the morning) as it is located on a busy street, and defo bring some earplugs as every single word that is spoken on the corridors will travel into the rooms.
