Very good hostel! Alex and staff helpful and friendly. It is obvious that they care about their guests. You can count on their help in obtaining even unusual information. They helped me find a good place for acupuncture. Rooms clean. Good breakfast included. I recommend!

Alex hostel were very welcoming. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and they had everything set up for us to check in ourselves. They let us extend an extra night and provided us a free breakfast in the morning. We also booked a boat tour and transport through them which they sorted all out for us. Would definitely recommend for a good location in ha long.
