Cancellation policy: 10 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged all of your stay.

Queen Nest Hostel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming! We arrived early, and they were willing to hold onto our bags while we went out to explore before check-in. The rooms were clean, and we felt very secure. The private rooms had locks with passcodes.

I spotted bed bugs a few hours after checking in, but staff leave at 10pm so there was nothing I could do for the night. I slept sitting at the desk to try to minimize my chances of being bitten, but I still awoke covered in bites. I only stayed one of the two nights. This is a place to avoid if at all possible. It meets the bare minimum requirements for a hostel and the staff are pushy and unhelpful. Absolutely terrible experience.

The location was amazing, a great location - had it not been we'll would have left our stay early. The bathroom was ensuite, but was a wet room, with mould, broken tile and no lock on the door, meaning any of the other people in the room could open the door whilst you shower. The beds were comically creaky, but decently comfortable. There is no communal area or kitchen; meaning there is no place to get away from the bedroom. Our bedroom stunk, and we had to air it out in minus degree temperatur
