Nice warm hostel, modern with key card for lockers too, curtains along bunk beds awesome touch. Nice clean kitchen. Not much of an atmosphere but probably because of off season?

Loved this place! Staff are so friendly they are the reason this place is a 10. Every night they organise dinner which is delicious and an activity after that which is always fun. They make sure people leave the hostel to party by 11 pm which means you can also sleep if you need to. Breakfast is nice, everything is clean, warm, homely, good location, there was nothing amiss! Would love to come back!

Very clean place, they even have a 2 hourly cleaning roster if the bathroom/ toilet which is great given they are all shared and constantly used. Large spacious rooms with curtains that let you have your space and side lamps. Great activities organised every night and dinner once a week. . Rooms don’t have locks but you get a large locker. Breakfast is good too! I’d definitely return
Good day, guests from NZ! Our pleasure to be receiving this comment! Big thanks for all your complements and kind words regarding our activities on offer!

Pros- location, reasonable breakfast , towel, soaps/ shampoo provided, awesome staff at reception!, nice common room, usable kitchen, nice beds, warm room during the harsh winter Cons- loud stairwell in the middle of the night with people chatting might keep you up so bring earplugs. My only other issue was with the cleaning lady in our room. She was incredibly rude for no reason, so one point off staff rating. We discussed with reception and they very politely had a discussion with her.

Great place! Awesome staff , very chatty and welcoming! Small common area makes it easy to chat with everyone and meet other travellers. They have a neat little kitchen that you can use to cook, perfect location with mini mart next door, coffee and tea all day. Beds comfy with side lamp ! I would definitely return!

Awesome breakfast and dinners albeit bit slow with breakfast if you’re trying to head out for a busy day. Great staff though, relaxed atmosphere and very homely. Loud atmosphere so bring your earphones. Air con in room was a relief - from the heat and actually the racket outside. Would definitely stay here again!

I have mixed feelings about this place. While I absolutely loved the staff and had great banter with them, the place needs work in terms of cleanliness. Twice when I went to outdoor toilet it was very dirty and hadn’t been flushed. There was a tiny mouse in the kitchen which is also not the cleanest. I missed jam night but have heard it’s awesome. I would return if these issues were addressed. Without them I think the place is overpriced.

Great atmosphere with free caipirinha hour and a big breakfast feed! The staff are brilliant and really look after you esp Jonathan, ignacia , the Italian girl I forget her name and Paulo. He can come across a bit intimidating but is very helpful. Dinner at Zulu is delicious, note that not everything has a discount, only meals with galeria13 stamp next to it. Would hands down stay here again! Ps -Beds can be a bit tricky to get into on top bunk as no proper ladder

Very helpful friendly staff! I loved the breakfast and the scrambled eggs were delicious. Staff were very helpful with organising daytime activities. Also the air conditioning in rooms is a saving grace! However I was in upstairs room where wifi does not reach so had to stay downstairs in common area every time I needed wifi, I did tell one of the girls so hopefully they work on it. Would come back if wifi is sorted.

One of my favourite places, huge spacious beds, wifi accessible in my room. Immaculately clean with someone always cleaning. Good breakfast and you can cook your eggs yourself however you want to. Bathrooms amazing and rooftop bar is nice too. Laundry available but slightly expensive. Located close to metro and to bars and clubs. Very helpful staff esp hoolio! I’d stay here again!

Very open plan, beautiful views of the mountains to wake upto. Wifi slow but accessible in rooms. Bathrooms attached to my 8 bed dorm , very clean. Beds a bit narrow and small but not a big deal with the price. Decent breakfast and bar! Able to buy snacks and beer from reception which helps on lazy evenings! Very helpful staff with booking coffee farm. Only problem was my room was next to reception and noisy outside until midnight. Had to tell people to go away eventually. Overall recommend!
thank you very much for your review, we wish you a safe trip around Colombia, we hope you can meet El Viajero Cali, Cartagena or San Andres.

Neat little place, good location and security! Receptionists do not speak English which can make it harder for Non espagnol speaking travellers like me but they make every effort to help using google translate. Breakfast could do with some improvement. Otherwise clean beds and showers. Great for the price offered. I would stay here again

Great warm friendly staff, free pick up from airport. Clean, well kept rooms with reasonable breakfast each day at their cafe . However it is a 20 minute tuk tuk ride from the city, which was my only qualm. They will organise trips to the temples for you, I felt well looked after.

My favourite hostel while travelling on Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. The host Bom and his gf were great, always forthcoming with great travel trips, helped organise my tuk tuk rides around town, told me where to find the cheapest deals, best foods etc. I cannot recommend this place enough. Bom even gave me a ride when I desperately needed it. ALthough this place is not that close to the main square, its a 20 minute walk, but the hospitality trumps everything else, I'll be back here soon!

Staff very welcoming, friendly and kind. I had an early flight and had to leave at 6am , and they very kindly made me a baguette and eggs and packed it up for my breakfast while seeing me off. However I was in a 6 bed dorm with attached bathroom with glazed windows. Anyone turning on lights to use the bathroom overnight meant that the entire room would light up and wake up all up immediately. This was at their new hostel HANOI FRIENDS INN where I was moved on arrival

Clean and towels provided, staff very helpful, and had a bar with foosball table in the common room, but pretty small room for 4 people. No lockable lockers in the room as is usual for hostels.I booked an extra night's stay and then cancelled it the next day (this was all 2 weeks before my arrival) but could not get a refund for that night which I was not happy about. But reasonably comfortable stay otherwise.

LOVED WOMBATS! Will definitely choose to stay there again, staff were lovely and had a great sense of humour. I had made a separate booking to my friends and asked to check in to their room and the staff promptly did that. Great with offering directions and things to do around the beautiful city of Berlin. The wombar upstairs is pretty cool, good way to meet fellow travellers and some awesome drink deals. HIGH RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Very clean room, helpful staff. But my room was tinnnnny for the price i paid and I got a bunk bed when I had booked a single room so it was pretty crammed. And i was charged a city tax when i made the full payment which I was not informed about when I made my booking. I was not charged this fee anywhere else in Amsterdam. Otherwise staff very helpful and always offered me a cup of tea or coffee. Quite expensive for the money i paid so I won't be staying here again.

Great place to stay, the common room has a pretty funky decor. A couple people at the desk were really nice and helpful. Theres free hot drinks in the mornings , and the room and bathrooms were very clean. The cleaners work hard. Would definitely stay here again.
