Great hostel. Very big with evening activities every night. Quite clean for the size of the hostel. Staff were very helpful - shoutout to Amy for great sightseeing & food advice & excellent chats!

Shared w/ 8 then 4. Staff were not super helpful in respect to questions asked about sight seeing and advertisements of events in the hostel. Breakfast was great. Some facilities were broken (toilet - only 1 shared between 3 rooms). Shower was okay. Expensive for facilities provided but in general, budapest hostels are quite expensive. Some travellers were poorly (including me) because of air con left really low at night and circulating germs. Asked to turn it off but was turned back on again :/

Beautiful city, not great hostels. It was quite expensive for such basic facilities. The room was constantly noisy. The receptionists didn't care about their guests and were not helpful to questions asked about activities and free tours occurring in the city despite advertising them. The bathroom and toilet was dark and not well maintained. Only 1 toilet and 2 showers to share between so many guests. Breakfast was okay - basics were there. The space for luggage was good with decent sized lockers.

Excellent place to stay. Will definitely be visiting again. Buses are about 70p to hostel. The pin code caused us problems to get into the hostel but we managed to ring the owner who let us in quickly. Stayed in 12 bed mixed dorm. Was very lively - lots of travellers during august. The owner was very helpful and gave us places to visit based on our interests. Mornings can be disruptive because such a large room but earplugs and eye mask are always good to bring. Each bed has lockers too.

We arrived at 3AM as our flight was late and they were still lively and helpful. Stayed 1 night. Excellent facilities. Beds were great and we had a good rest, very quite hostel. Did not stay during the day so didn't meet any travellers. Reasonable price. They provide breakfast for a fee in the morning but we did not stay to have any.
