*Mandatory: For check-in, it is mandatory to present original identification (passport, citizenship ID, or foreign ID card).
*At Viajero Hostels, we strive to provide our guests with unique experiences. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we reserve the right to accept, reject, and/or remove any guest under circumstances that negatively affect the stay of other visitors or violate our policies. Your understanding and cooperation are essential to maintaining a harmonious environment for all.

*All guests must be over 18 years old.
*Small pets (up to 17 kilograms - 34 lbs) are allowed only in private rooms. A maximum of 2 pets per room is permitted. Their stay incurs an additional cost of $15 USD. Assistance dogs or guide dogs are always allowed in any of our outlets and are exempt from charges, provided that the owner presents a certificate confirming the dog is an assistance or guide dog. At check-in, a copy of the pet's passport must be presented. Additional policies regarding the care of your pet during your stay must be reviewed at check-in.

*At check-in, you can pay for your reservation with a credit or debit card in Uruguayan pesos or US dollars
*This property may authorize a pre-arrival charge on your card).
*We will reach out to you directly to request your CVC/CVV in order to pre-autorize your card.
*We do not accept cash for reservation payments.

*Payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable.
*Note: We have a luggage storage room at reception where you can store your personal items if you arrive before check-in time or travel after check-out time.

*Please remember to review the cancellation or modification policies of your reservation on the platform through which you booked.

*Reservations made through OTAs platforms:
You have up to 48 hours before your arrival at the hostel to cancel or modify your reservation.
If you do not inform us of the modification before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge the first night of your reservation to the registered credit card.
*If you need to arrive after 11:00 PM, please let us know via email, as your reservation will be automatically canceled at that time.
