Queen Nest Hotel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 10 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged all of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00 .
Check out from 11:00am

All payments are taken 10 days prior check in by credit card or E-transfer or PayPal accepted.

Taxes not included - HST 13% + MAT (city tax) 8.50% = 21.5% in total tax

cleaning fee of $20 apply to the private room per stay

For private room: A maximum of 2 guests are permitted per private room. This includes the named guest on the reservation. NO parties or events are permitted under any circumstances.

For shared dormitory: One bed is only allowed to have two(2) of piece of luggage (one backpack and one suitcase) in the room per stay. If you have more than two(2), the rest will be kept at the office until the departure date, a storage fee of $10 per luggage per stay. Extra guests are not permitted for dormitory reservations, the access is only given to the orginal name on the reservation. If any guest shares passcodes to anyone outside of their reservation, they will be asked to leave immediately. Consumption of alcohol in the dorms is strictly prohibited. Guests who arrive intoxicated or become disruptive during their stay will be evicted without refund. NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN 10 BED. WATER ONLY.

For shared dormitory: Towels can be rented from the office for $5 + taxes. Please visit the office before 10pm if you require a towel.

A Valid Official Government ID with photo is required by everyone staying upon checking in.

Minimum 18 years of age for shared accommodation. Minimum 18 years of age for private accommodation. Children (GUEST) under 18 years of age are not allowed.

Quiet hours: 10PM till 8AM

NO PETS are allowed in this property, even your guest cannot bring pet into our property.

We only make exception for service animals. Please pick up after your service animal. Sorry, ABSOLUTELY NO service animals allowed on the BED. Any signs of animal contact on the bed will result in the disposal of the bedding set and charged to the guest. (This is to ensure that the bedding and covers are not contaminated with pet hairs for future guest)

Smoking/vaping of any type is strictly prohibited on the entire premises. No smoking indoors or on any patio or balcony spaces. Violators will be fined $250 and evicted immediately. Smoking is only permitted outside the property at least 30 feet away from all entrances and windows.

Possession of contraband on our premises is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the police.

Any type of harassment, violence or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. Perpetrators will be evicted immediately without refund.

We expect all guests to behave in a respectable and considerate manner with the staff and other guests at the Queen Nest Hotel. Any guest that is a disturbance to the staff or other guests will be addressed or asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest at our discretion. Any misconduct or breach of house rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.
