Had a really enjoyable stay at The Hosteller Hyderabad! The hostel has a great backpacker vibe, with clean and comfortable rooms, well-maintained common areas, and a friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet other travellers. The day I have arrived they mentioned my bed was given to someone and all the lower beds have been occupied. I have requested I have a leg injury and I cannot climb. There response from the receptionist was I of you have any kind of injuries please don’t come to places like Hosteller. “I felt it was a disgusting response”. As I have already paid and I don’t have enough money left to book a new place. I have request for mixed dorm and they finally gave the room. Bad exp in Hyd Hosteller.
