Great hostel, excellent communication with Arbol very helpful and thoughtful man. Spaces to hang out are plentiful and very relaxing. Breakfast is the best I've had in Chile.

Really good hostel ! Very clean, safe, great location, close to downtown. We could also park our van at night behind the gate which was great. Lovely staff also. Would stay again, highly recommend !

An excellent place to stay, extremely clean with a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. It feels more like a guest house than a hostel. The staff were wonderful and the location is superb, walking distance to town, beach and bus station. The only thing is the kitchen is very small.

The hostel is like a converted house, but there still is a social area downstairs which is nice. It has a very chilled vibe. place felt secure with gated entry and close to downtown. We stayed in a private room which was comfortable. place very clean and showers were hot. The free breakfast is a nice touch and a chance to meet people as you all eat together on one big table. we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay! Lovely hosts, really comfortable rooms, everything is clean and the breakfast is included and prepared when asked. Great location, right next to the city center. The staff was very helpful with arranging tours and providing recommendations. The atmosphere is more of a Bed & Breakfast than a hostel. Its quite cold in the evenings and the Wifi was very slow.

The hostel is very clean, very cute and has a good location. But it’s kind of complicated getting in after check in (4:30pm) because no on is there and you can only pay in cash. The woman responsible isn’t always reachable by phone or whatsapp and the people staying in the hostel helped more than she did. the kitchen ist also very small (and there is no seasoning) but the free breakfast in the morning makes up for it (bread, egg or cheese and butter)

Nice rooms and plenty of communal space, however WiFi was pretty bad throughout and the kitchen was definitely on the small side. Breakfast was very generous though and a good vibe overall

The hostel itself is cute and a great location. We met loads of lovely people and made some good friends. However, the staff are hardly present on site and the WhatsApp you use to contact them is not checked regularly. I sent a message 4 days ago that still has not been read or responded to! The rooms are not locked and the entrance to the property is easily accessed by a 4 digit code. My Spanish is ok but the staff do not seem to want to try to speak with google translate if I didn’t understand
