Tree House Hostel Policies & Conditions: Cancellation policy: 24 hours before arrival. Check in from 14:00 to 22:00. Please contact us prior if you are arriving later than 22:00. Check out before 11:00. Reception opening times 08:30 - 23:00. We also provide self check-in for arrivals after reception opening hours, please let us know if this is the case. Situated in a 6 story building on 4th, 5th and 6th floors in the very heart of Riga Old Town, Tree House offers: Self - catering kitchen with dining area and common room is available for your use. Reading area with library and books exchange. Tree House is perfectly located right in the middle of Old Town - the historical and geographical centre of Riga. You will find us in the 6 story building on the 4th floor near Livu Square. Most transport links, coffee shops, restaurants, attractions, museums are within a walking distance from our doorstep. We offer accommodation in 6 bed Female dorm, 10 bed Female dorm, 14 bed Mix dorm, 8 bed Mix dorm, twin room, double and family rooms. All the rooms are spacious, light and clean. Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. Taxes: Not Included charged at the property's front desk. City tax 1 EUR per person per night. Smoking is not permitted. We do not encourage use of alcohol and it is not permitted to use alcohol in the rooms. No curfew. Identification document is required upon your arrival. We do not accept bookings from guests under 18 years old. Children must be accompanied by their family members. Please note that we do not have disabled access nor any other disabled facilities.
