We have a new house with more rooms just one block away from the main house where all guests, without exception, must check in and check out. For any activities and services such as breakfast, restaurant or bar, you'll have to make your way to the main house. *Note: We have a luggage room at reception, you may store your personal items in case you arrive before check-in time or leave after check-out time. *Taxes: Colombian citizens and foreigners with Colombian residency must pay taxes (IVA): 19%. This tax does not appear on the final rate of the reservation. *All guests must be 18 years or older. *Small pets (up to 17 kilograms - 34 lbs) are allowed in private rooms only. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room. Your stay has an additional cost of 15 USD. Assistance dogs or guide dogs will always be allowed in any of our outlets and are free of charge as long as the owner presents a certificate confirming that their dog is an Assistance or guide dog. At check-in, a copy of the pet's passport must be presented. *You must review additional policies, at the time of check-in, about the care of your pet during your stay. *Cancellation policy: Up to 72 hours before arrival at the hostel. If you don't report the change before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge the first night of your reservation to your credit card. Payment upon arrival by cash, credit or debit card.
