Hyve Hostel Basel

A really clean place with lots of facilities and maybe the biggest kitchen I’ve ever seen in a hostel! Rooms were good, but not that many charging outlets. Pretty good location that was accessible by public transport. Seemed like a great place for doing remote work, but maybe not the most social vibe? Cafe downstairs made it easier to meet people though. Overall great stay.

The room itself was clean. My major issue was the level of noise that easily travelled. I could easily hear both the rooms to either side of me, and also people downstairs on the ground floor that were hanging out past 11pm and being extremely loud and noisy. It was hard for me to sleep without earplugs!!!
