I really liked Moicca Hostel. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, clean facilities, simple but yummy breakfast in the morning and the rooftop terrace is epic. A nice place to recharge and relax. The staff is also lovely. I can highly recommend staying here! :)

The best thing about this hostel is definitely the manager. He is one of the friendliest guys I met in Peru and all of the other staff were amazing too! The hostel is located far from the city center, and unfortunately there aren’t many restaurants around. You can take a tuk tuk to get to the center. It’s not the most social place since most people are here before and after trips to the Amazon. There is no air conditioning so it can get very hot! But each bed has a fan which helps.
