Solheim Accommodation and SPA is a building which is renewed over the past years. The hosts are art/craft and music teachers. Kari runs a shop in the house with craftworks for sale and she produces modern leaded glass.
Solheim is located in a beautiful area between Bo and Seljord in the heart of Telemark near the east side of Seljord Lake, which is famous for the sea serpent Selma. Good possibilities for swimming, fishing, climbing and hiking in the forest and mountains. Short way to Sommarland waterpark in Bo, the Telemark Canal, Lifjell and Gaustatoppen mountains.
There are good connections with trains and express buses. The Oslo Torp airport bus and Oslo/Bergen Express stop ouside. One may as well mention that there are several ski centers in the nearby mountains, like Lifjell (25 min drive).
