Fantastic location ! Very friendly and helpful staff, feel very safe there as a solo female traveler. Rooms were nice and clean, no issues whatsoever with cleanliness, bathrooms could do with some work being finished but fully functional. No air conditioning but multiple fans in each room. Would definitely stay here again if in Venice.

I thought it was an okay stay, I did encounter bed bugs though which was disappointing. the location is near a couple of piazzas, so lots of restaurants and shops. the facility itself was secure and quite rustic.

My son and I had a great stay. The location is great right in the heart of the city just a few minutes walk to Rialto Bridge. Yes it was HOT. Everything is hot in Venice in the summer. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We experienced ZERO bedbugs and no mosquitoes. The mattress was a little hard. That’s literally my only complaint. It was perfect for a quick 3 day visit. If you value an amazing bargain over the comforts of an overpriced hotel this might be exactly what you are looking for.
