Very friendly and helpful staff who gave advice on visiting Torres del Paine. Centrally located near shops and restaurants.
Only suggestion for improvement would be to open the lovely kitchen to allow guests to use it.

Great hostel with amazing service and good included breakfast! We left our luggage there for 5 days to go to Las Torres, very easy to organise!

Overpriced for what you get. No laundry, kitchen and can only pay in cash. plenty of better options if they're available that are closer to downtown. The staff is nice, but the hostel is dead for atmosphere even in the peak season
