The stay was great! I arrived late in the evening, and the host sent me a personal video showing me how to enter, walking me all the way to my room. I booked a private bedroom for pretty cheap, and it felt like a hotel stay. Bathrooms and showers were private and clean, and towels are provided. Very clean and very safe with access codes and key cards. Only somewhat downside is the area does not have a lot of local (reasonably priced) dinner options close, and you are away from the city.

Nice quiet and private space close to the tourist harbor of Cagliari. Staff will help you book tours and excursions. I highly recommend kayaking and visiting Poetto beach. 20 min walk to the old central town, 45 min walk to bus, but you can take a bus to poetto beach. No breakfast or group activities, but very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again!

It is quite good for the price I paid, clean, comfortable, spacious, close to the centre, lovely staff. Possible downsides there was no breakfast but tea and coffee machines, you have to bring your own toiletries, there is 1.5 euros city tax per night, you may have to pay a few euros if check in outside the scheduled time. Bring the room card with you all the time or you'll be locked out and phone the staff for help!
