The property is in a peaceful and quite side street of one of the richest of typical and ethnic restaurants, pubs, shops ans bars.
In the appartment there are in total 2 spacious rooms, one room has private ensuite bathroom and the other has a external private bathroom.
All different, decorated with style and taste, where class and elegance are combined with comfort and familiarity and a kitchen that guests can use for free.
Casa di Osio Porta Romana is a bright and spacious property that have been newly restored on the second floor (without elevator) of a historical building, a 2-minute walk from the Piazza Del Campo and a stone's throw from the Cathedral and all the major museums and attractions. Casa di Osio - Porta Romana is the result of many years of experience in hotel services. Benedetta, her husband Matthew and their family share a passion for hospitality, travel and meeting new people. In 2013 we created Casa di Osio Via Montanini, rebuilding a part of the house next to ours.It was truly the beginning of something special so we decided to restore the other apartments of our family to share the love for our wonderful, magic and particular Siena with its unique charm and to discover all its characteristics, to live it and breathe its essence as did the great travelers of the past ..Feeling at home away from home.

The owner was very kind when I presented to the location I thought was mine but was only an associated one. He gave thorough directions on how to reach my hostel.
The location is a little out of the center (10m walk) but I didn't mind. A peaceful part of town.
The rooms are part of a flat, so it has a kitchen!
The wifi didn't work for me, fyi

15 minute walk from central bus station, around the corner from some nice trattorias and a supermarket. Very walkable to all tourist destinations. I rented a room in a 3bd/1ba unit, bed was queen sized but the mattress wasn’t amazing. The doors locked individually and the bathroom was clean with decent water pressure and good water heat. Kitchen worked fine, neighborhood was quiet. Very enjoyable stay, especially after staying in 10 bed hostel dorms prior! Did not attend breakfasts.
