Rural Scene Villa is right located on Cam Nam island. It’s 2,5 km far from Hoi An old town, which takes only 10 minutes by bicycle or 5 minutes by taxi. It is very easy to discover many attractive places in Hoi An with our free bicycles.
The villa is surrounded by a fresh and green garden, It's going to bring a guest to a strange place far from the noise of the city which is an unforgettable feeling. Staying at our villa, you will have the chance to learn and explore more about Hoi An Culture,

***Property Policies and Conditions***
1). Check in time is from 14:00 and Check out time is before 12:00.
2) Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation, you will be charged for the first night of your stay. No show without notice will be full charge
3)We accept credit card and cash payments upon arrival. Credit card fee: 2,8% is applied.
4)We welcome all guests. Rural Scene Villa is mainly nonsmoking so in case you would like to smoke please sit on the balcony or terrace.
5)Children and extra bed policy: -FREE! One child under 6 years stays free of charge in existing bed(s), including breakfast. The surcharge for breakfast for children from 6 to 11 years old is VND 110.000 ( ~USD5/child) without an extra bed. -Extra bed is charged at VND 318.000(~ USD15) per night including breakfast. Extra bed is only applicable with Charming Deluxe. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
6). Rates include breakfast, tax, and service charge for 2 Adults and 1 Child under 6 sharing existing beds with parents

* Beware: If you're arriving at Da Nang Airport, we highly recommend booking your airport pick-up through us. It’s cheaper than a meter taxi and also avoids the taxi scam.
